Corporate StaffRHMC is staffed by health care management and support professionals who bring 106+ years of collective operational and financial management experience to the company. This experience, while broad in its scope, is focused in its application and provides a strong foundation from which to approach most any initiative or assignment. RHMC staff members have gained their experience in a wide variety of organizations and assignments, in both the healthcare and non-healthcare sectors of industry. Our staff members have chosen careers in rural health care delivery for its unique and singular characteristics. However, they are not at all unfamiliar with urban settings and/or with the boardrooms and central offices of corporate America, where their skill sets were developed and personal networks of key individuals in various industries established. The majority of our staff has previous tenure with multi-billion dollar corporations – Hospital Corporation of America (Nashville, Tennessee), Intermountain Health Care, Inc. (Salt Lake City, Utah), and Humana (Los Angeles, California) in health care, and Zions Bank (Salt Lake City, Utah), the Rockford (Tempe, Arizona) and Woodside Corporation (Salt Lake City, Utah) in the non-health care sector, to mention a few of the more prominent companies. It was in these assignments that our people gained the skills and abilities that now serve RHMC and its associates well. Strategic planning, service design and development, contract negotiations, policy preparation and implementation, and capital project financing in the hundreds of millions of dollars are just some of the more significant functions involved. RHMC purposely keeps its corporate staff at minimal levels to control corporate overhead costs. All members of the corporate staff wear multiple "hats", but are available to assist member facilities in any way necessary.
